Summary: This property is a really amazing place. Lots of space, fully stocked kitchen. The DAR app was super helpful in getting around. Just a suggestion: travel with a light-up mirror for the bathroom. The lighting was extremely dim, so my travel mirror was essential to be able to see.

Summary: The view from this home is spectacular. It is a very roomy and comfortable home with walkable access to Bridges ski run. While the location is great, the included shuttle service is what made it practical. The local Telluride property management team was great to work with, but the main fireplace was not operational and the snow removal poor. At this price point, AvantStay should improve on maintenance of this beautiful property.

Summary: House was perfect for the 14 of us , we had room to spare , Shuttle to mountain village was really convenient. Communication with property mgmt was great! Only cons about the house was we couldn’t figure out the heater and wish there was a tv upstairs in the main living room. Would definitely stay there again !

Summary: I will provide two reviews, the property itself and the management of the property. The property itself is top notch. Everything in it is of great quality. The rooms, the location, the convenience to the lift, the amenities are all great. FIVE STAR review to the property itself. The property management was not so good. Upon arrival, we spent about 1 hour cleaning up the outside. It looks like there was some roof work done and the workers did not clean up the site. There were pieces of roofing, wood pallets, nails, plastic wrapper for water bottles, etc. scattered everywhere. Some outdoor chairs were completely covered in bird poop so we washed that too. The ice makers and the water filter (main sink) were blinking red where the filter needed to be replaced. The ice makers did not work. The water heater was not operational and we had to wait until the next day to have it fixed so we could have hot water. All of these things are not horrible but to me, it speaks to how the property is being managed. I own a cabin that sleeps 18 people and this type of management would not be acceptable in my property. Overall, we dealt with the issues and we had a great time.

Summary: When we arrived, the cleanliness of the outside was not so great. There was some trash including a dirty diaper just off the front porch. It looked like they had been working on the house and you had to be careful of pieces of the metal roof laying on the ground all around the house. There was a refrigerator and a freezer sitting in boxes up next to the garage door with a couple of pallets in front of them. The house was nice on the inside. None of the 3 ice makers worked in the house. We had to keep buying ice. When I opened the dishwasher, I found the top sprayer arm laying in the bottom rack. I found the piece that attaches it to the top rack in the filter. I put it all back together and it worked fine after that. When I turned on the garbage disposal, it made a lot noise. I found a screw, a rubber washer, and a piece of plastic in the disposal. The disposal worked fine after I cleaned it out. The ice maker in the kitchen had lint all over the air intake for the cooling fan. I got the vacuum out of the entry closet to clean it. The vacuum had no suction. Found the hose was clogged with debris. I dug out all the debris to clean the hose and it worked fine after that. When we took out the trash to the bins, we found the bin for the trash was already full. The other bin was for recycle products. They came to pick up the trash in the bin they day we were leaving. Many of the pot lights in the kitchen are burned out and it makes a dark kitchen to be cooking in. The DAR was grea

Summary: This was our 8th annual guys trip and first trip to Telluride. Of all places we have visited, Telluride was a somewhat hidden gem, and the house was fantastic with great space, location and cleanliness. We did not realize the house was ski in/ski out and had an on-call shuttle until late most nights so would simply have the owner/property manager include that in description going forward. The only knock on the place was no TV on the main floor which seemed to be the area we hung out in most when not skiing, but again not a major deal.
